As you approach the entrance, look for the mailboxes on the right

Open Mailbox #4 (it is unlocked)

Important:
✅Close the lockbox, reset the code to 0000
✅Put it back into the mailbox
✅Make sure the mailbox closes fully

Walk through the front gate (it is not locked)
Go to the building entrance

Use the key fob to enter

Turn left and enter the elevator
Swipe the key fob and select Level 1
Exit the elevator and turn left

Use the Green key to enter the apartment!

Get inside the Building and Apartment

⚫ Black and Grey Circle Fob → Access for the building and Level 1 via the elevator

🟢 Green key → Opens the Apartment door

🔴 Red key → Garage access + garbage room

🟡 Remote Control → Car parking garage

⚪ Silver keys → Emergency use only

⚡If power goes out, they silver keys allow entry via the emergency stairwell and access to Level 1 via fire door. There is no alarm on the fire doors

⚠️If the elevator isn't working. please use the stairs

⚠️Curtains - These curtains open and close using the cords at the ends. Please use the cords only — do not pull the curtains by hand.

Drive around to the back of the buildng, as per the maps above

On the garage remote, press the button with the black dot to open the garage

Your parking bay is on the right
Reverse into the bay carefully
⚠️ Do not park nose-first ⚠️

Exit via the door in the back corner near your parking bay

Close the garage door using the remote

⚠️The door does not close automatically⚠️

Always check it’s fully closed

Please lock the door behind you using the Red key

How to Park Your Car

• Take your rubbish from the apartment

• Leave the building via the main entrance

• Turn right and walk up the small laneway

Close and lock the garbage room

Near the end of the lane, enter the door

on the right using the Red key

Walk straight past the cars to the end of the walkway
The garbage room is on the right

🔴 Red bins → General waste
🟡 Yellow bins → Recycling

Exit the garage and lock the door behind you
